If you find or experience any issues of a defective or faulty nature, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please cease using the product but retain it and the manufacturers packaging it came with. The Supplier will be advised and issue instructions as to what steps to take next.

If you receive the wrong picked, damaged or defective item, please contact customer service (Refer to returned goods policy). We will investigate and advise if a return can be arranged. For any defective items please retain with the manufacturers packing and we will contact the supplier for instructions. Do not dispose of any parts.

Our freight is primarily handled by Jet Couriers & Australia Post, other couriers are contracted for more remote areas. Please advise us if you experience any issues so the matter can be investigated or flag outstanding service so we can acknowledge this aspect too. firstname.lastname@example.org

Our system generates a stock order notice when an order is received, it’s very similar to a sales invoice which is only produced after your order is assembled and items checked / verified. Invoices are only issued to approved account customers.

Back orders are created when orders greater than our available stock is received. Generally, we receive regular resupply and will then forward your unfulfilled order to you once received. If you do not wish to wait, please call customer service, or email them asking to cancel the back order and refund the corresponding amount.

Samples can be arranged by calling our experienced customer service team 03 6228 9500 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and advise the nature of product sample you are interested in obtaining. They will arrange a time for you to collect.
