Recently a new face (well sort of!) was the successful applicant for the new role of NDIS Coordinator, so we thought we’d introduce her and let you know how she can help with your NDIS Consumables.

Georgie Clutterbuck is not a new face to PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies, as she previously worked in the Customer Service Team and as NDIS Support Officer. Georgie’s background of many years supporting people through the NDIS means she’s the perfect fit for the NDIS Coordinator role.

“In the new role of NDIS Coordinator my focus will be on excellence in NDIS client service, stakeholder engagement including NDIS Planners, sector partners and suppliers. Compliance with the Commission and growing our NDIS services across the Association will also be priority projects for me” Georgie said.

And Georgie’s given an insight into questions she’s often asked:

“A lot of questions from participants wanting to access PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies for the first time. I lead them through our sign-up process, which is quick and simple,” Georgie said.

• “If I am Self- Managed, do I need to complete a Service Agreement?”

“No, if your consumable funding is self-managed, you are in control of your funds so you can place an order right now via our website. An invoice will be provided to you, which you can claim for reimbursement from NDIA.”

• “Can my goods be delivered to my address in the far North-West of the state?”

“The answer is absolutely! We deliver Tasmania wide and even have regular customers ordering from interstate.”

Georgie loves her job! She says she particularly enjoys providing the best service to customers as possible.

“It is a great feeling knowing the PQ Tasmania Healthcare team have done everything we can, so individuals do not miss out on their Healthcare supplies.

“I am also a very social person, so I love that a large factor of my job is regular communication with participants, stakeholders & other service providers.”
