Shipping

Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services and be delivered Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Returns Policy - New from July 01 2019

Please choose your items carefully as returns will not be accepted for personal care items including catheters, leg bags, drainage bags, valves, sheaths, pads, briefs, wound care, bandages and injection products as a result of incorrect orders.

Defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods. 

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 7 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

The Owner has the discretion to repair of replace any goods the subject of a complaint or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or other warranties are excluded.

Terms of Trade

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Goods will be not be supplied on credit until a PQTHS Credit Application Form has been completed by the customer and approved by PQTHS. Customers who do not have a credit account will be expected to pay for the goods on or before dispatch. As part of the approval process PQTHS reserves to right to check the credit worthiness of the customer via conventional credit check means.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, trading terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts in excess of 60 days past due may be charged interest at a rate of 4% of the outstanding balance per month. Accounts exceeding granted trading terms will be placed on hold and further credit withheld at the discretion of PQTHS. PQTHS reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred in relation to the collection of any overdue debt. PQTHS reserves the right to impose any restrictions or withdraw credit facilities as it sees fit.

TITLE TO GOODS

Title to goods will not pass to the customer until PQTHS receives full and cleared payment for the said goods.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

PQTHS is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-2 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

PRICING

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all products supplied on credit will be at the list price existing at the time of supply.

Where goods are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) the price charged will have the applicable GST rate, prevailing at the time, added to it and form part of the amount due and payable.

Specially ordered goods (those that are not the normal trading stock of PQTHS as listed in its product catalogue) will be priced at the time of order. All transactions are processed in AUD.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY

PQTHS will use its best endeavours to supply goods ordered by customers by the requested date. PQTHS will not be responsible for any loss or damage allegedly incurred by a customer if delivery was delayed for reasons beyond its direct control. Same day dispatch will occur for orders placed before 12 noon that day, delivery usually takes place the next business day for Tasmanian deliveries. We will deliver products Australia Wide.

Delivery costs into areas outside Tasmania are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order before checkout Freight is payable by the customer unless prior agreed arrangements are in place. We reserve the right to charge a nominal rate for back orders, please check with our staff if you have any questions regarding your order.

RETURN OF GOODS

No return of specially ordered goods will be accepted unless there is a reciprocal acceptance of return by the supplier of the goods to PQTHS. Temperature sensitive goods cannot be credited.

Where goods are found to be defective, or damaged during the process of supply, and PQTHS is notified in writing of such defect or damage within 30 days of supply, PQTHS will replace the goods with the same goods as quickly as practically possible. Where the exact goods no longer exist, PQTHS will replace the goods with a suitable alternative at no extra charge to the customer.

The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer except in the case of the return of defective or damaged goods which the means of return must be agreed to by PQTHS prior to return.

When purchasing from PQTHS your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. LIABILITY

PQTHS accepts no liability for the misuse of goods, or use of goods not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Customers should seek professional specific advice for the correct use of their purchases.
